About Leslie
Leslie de Graaf is a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) and specializes in women's mental health issues including anxiety, depression, maternal mental health, and trauma. Leslie is certified in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), a form of therapy that has been proven highly effective in helping to resolve traumatic memories.
Leslie has an undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa and her Masters's degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Her office is tucked away at Orange Blossom Women's Group where she has created a safe and calming enclave for therapy with clients. She integrates inner child work, the latest neuroscience research to help clients learn about their bodies and autonomic nervous systems, and EMDR therapy in order to help facilitate transformational healing.
